Rep. Abbarno committee response to House Bill 1050, which would restrict use of certain refrigerants, hydrofluorocarbons
Rep. Peter Abbarno, R-Centralia, told the House Environment and Energy Committee on Tuesday that Washington state should not be so eager to follow in the footsteps of California when it comes to legislative policies, such as House Bill 1050, which would provide further restrictions against refrigerants.
