Rep. Peter Abbarno speaks against reducing sentences for gang-related crimes
Rep. Peter Abbarno, R-Centralia, spoke on the House floor against House Bill 1268, which would reduce penalties for gang and drug related crimes.
HB 1268 passed the House by a vote of 53- 42.
