Rep. Peter Abbarno calls on House to focus on criminals, not law-abiding gun owners
Rep. Peter Abbarno, R-Centralia, called on members of the House to focus on criminals, not law-abiding gun owners during debate on House Bill 1240, a proposal by the state attorney general that would outlaw the manufacture, importation, distribution, sale, or offer for sale of any so-called “assault weapon.”
HB 1240 passed the House by a vote of 55-42.
